I’d like to talk to you a little about why it’s important to me, as a Brisbane baby photographer, that all my clients print their photos!
One of my fondest childhood memories is turning the pages of my baby photo albums. There’s nothing quite like the experience of taking time to reminisce of old photos of yourself, laughing at the fun times and remembering how things were. This is something I still love to do and one of the reasons I hold printing photos in such high regard. There really is nothing like them. Imagine passing on your prints for generations to enjoy. This is also why I included fine art prints with all my shoots, they are a must have.
Today we’re all about screens. Whether it’s a phone, tablet, or a computer screen that’s how we tend to view our photos. Whilst it’s great that we always have a camera at hand there’s nothing quite like that printed image. Unfortunately, screens just don’t do them justice.
When was the last time you sat down with your child and turned the pages of a photo album? If you can’t remember I encourage you to print some photos and watch the joy on their faces when they hold them in their hands.
