I had the pleasure of photographing beautiful baby Axel's newborn session. It was an absolute joy to work with him and his lovely family. From the moment he arrived, I was greeted with enthusiasm, which set the tone for an amazing shoot.
As a newborn photographer, I know that every baby is unique and has their own personality. Axel was no exception. He was very curious, and content throughout most of the session, which made for some stunning photographs. Axel arrived with newborn acne but, thanks to the power of photoshop, you'd never know!!
He did have a little wind and decided he'd like to stay awake for a few shots, but I love that. Getting some awake shots makes for a beautiful varied album!
I started the session by getting Axel into a comfortable and safe position and then proceeded to capture some classic and timeless shots. I used neutral blankets to create a cozy and warm atmosphere, which helped to showcase his innocence and beauty.
We took some intimate family photos, which were full of love and tenderness. It was evident that Axel's parents were besotted with him and cherished every moment of this precious time.
One of the standout moments of the session was capturing Axel's eye contact. He stared directly into my lens. We were fortunate enough to capture this fleeting moment on camera.
Overall, the session was a wonderful experience, and we were grateful to be a part of such a special moment in Axel's life. We hope that these photographs will be cherished for years to come and serve as a beautiful reminder of this special time.
